Hilton Hotel Tahiti

“A bucket list trip round the world, spoiled a little by our stay at this property. I've spent all my adult life staying in hotels. We booked 5 nights at the Hilton, checked out last Monday. Yes, the staff are friendly but efficient they aren't. For our first meal, the starter came after the main, our server then finished her shift and disappeared. Despite waving, no other staff came to clear the table or take another drink order for more than 20 mins. We later had a drink at the pool bar, had to sign our cheque before the drink was even poured or served. We were the only two at the bar with be” — Colin M

“I saved for a long time for this trip and chose Hilton Hotel Tahiti expecting a premium experience for my mother’s 60th birthday. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced. From the beginning, we did not feel particularly welcomed on arrival, and throughout the stay the atmosphere often felt cold and unhelpful rather than warm and hospitable. Some of the issues we experienced included: * Room phone not working, requiring us to go downstairs in person to request assistance. * Unreliable Wi-Fi despite needing internet access to manage travel arrangement” — Hannah Mackie

“Aged suites but very nice bathrooms. The tub is way too high however and required acrobatics to get into. Visible water stains by air conditioning unit and feeling paint visible. Very friendly staff (in the dining area) Still a good location and transit hotel but not 4 star by any means Enjoyed the breakfast buffet esp the crepes but struggled with fruit flies and bugs even while in the dining area.” — Chi Chi
