Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort and Spa

“As others have said, you are only paying for the Hilton name and location here. I would have been much happier with an Airbnb as Moorea is so beautiful on its own. Pros: the beach and snorkeling are nice but enough to occupy only a couple hours. The crepery is weird they only serve Crepes and drinks but a very nice place to sit out. Cons: the cost of this resort is so high for what you get. I would have so much rather stayed extra nights in Bora Bora. First time I’ve ever been denied late checkout as a Diamond for “availability” after being told we’d have it at check in. The rooms were ok, but” — Andrew Baxley

“We stayed at the OWB 8 nights on our honeymoon. We cannot say enough good things about our stay here. The snorkeling was great. The room was lovely and had wonderful climate control. And the staff were so friendly and proactive. We really felt like we made friends and were taken care of. We’ll be back!” — Sarah Horst

“As other reviewers share, you are paying for the location and the privilege to stay in an overwater bungalow with this hotel, the rest doesn't really match the cost. We stayed in the overwater bungalows and while they were perfectly nice, and it was lovely to be able to have AMAZING snorkeling right outside your door, the rooms, the restaurant and the pool all feel a little dated and in need of upgrades (although were told it was just recently renovated, which was puzzling). We were also disappointed with the service, for example- long wait times to be seated for breakfast. We had a great time” — Lori M
