“Nice rooms and staff, but I wouldn't stay here again because everything was just lacking a bit across the board. Firstly, the hotel shuttle from Naha Airport only runs once a day so you have to arrive at 5p and check out by 8a in order to use it, which really shortens the stay. I would have really liked to sleep in on our last day, especially because my Hilton status gets us at 12p check out. Second, it feels like they're just being cheap when it comes to staffing. There's no poolside bar (which is wild to me), only one option for breakfast and lunch, and the dinner restaurants and only bar ar” — Caro Griffin

“We chose Hilton Sesoko Resort because we wanted good snorkeling in Okinawa without having to deal with ferries. A rental car would help, but it’s still easy enough to get to Motobu or Churaumi Aquarium by bus from Naha, and then take a taxi. Sesoko Island itself was amazing. Small, quiet, and almost empty, with just a few great places: amazing miso pizza and coffee at Fuu Cafe, shopping at Marowe, Okinawan curry at Cafe Halos, a pottery shop idk a name of, and beautiful walks around the island. “Mostly great as an escape if you plan on staying in the hotel the view is amazing. If you wish to explore more of Okinawa a rental car is a necessity as it’s about two hours from the airport. The staff was mostly friendly, my one exception is when I inquired about my hotel credit a large chubby man was very dismissive and provided me incorrect information then essentially shooed me away. I then found another staff member at the bar who went the extra mile and informed me I did indeed have a credit and even provided the balance remaining.
