For eg, from the moment we arrived: valet received our car, drinks served while waiting for check in, and luggage brought to our room - all without us requesting for it. “Nice rooms and staff, but I wouldn't stay here again because everything was just lacking a bit across the board. Firstly, the hotel shuttle from Naha Airport only runs once a day so you have to arrive at 5p and check out by 8a in order to use it, which really shortens the stay. I would have really liked to sleep in on our last day, especially because my Hilton status gets us at 12p check out. Second, it feels like they're just being cheap when it comes to staffing. There's no poolside bar (which is wild to me), only one option for breakfast and lunch, and the dinner restaurants and only bar ar” — Caro Griffin
