“For the nightly rate, I think this hotel is an excellent option in downtown Portland. The location is very convenient and makes the stay worth it. The rooms are not huge, but they are comfortable and functional. The main negative detail I noticed was the dust inside the room; I think they should pay more attention to cleanliness. Some hallways could also use a bit better maintenance. The main areas of the hotel are very nice. The gym was excellent, even better equipped than many commercial gyms. We booked this hotel as our "splurge" stay in the middle of a road trip, looking for a break after days of cheap roadside motels and campsites. Unfortunately, it was a massive disappointment.
