“Great location and connected to two trajn stations. There's an ATM on lower level. Short walk, approx 15 mins, to Shinjuku. Away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas in Shinjuku, unless one enjoys that. Elite Lounge was excellent and we were allowed to try both, buffet breakfast and the Lounge breakfast, which the Lounge had a couple exclusive items that the general breakfast buffet did not. Unfortunately, we did not receive an upgrade. Gym was great and with a traditional bathhouse. Service was great!” — David Nguyen

We love this hotel for its amazing amenities and convenient location, making it easy to explore different parts of the city. But what truly keeps bringing us back is the people. Esuke at Zatta Bar took great care of us and even remembered us from our last visit during Christmas. Waly Chacon, the Journey Ambassador Manager, welcomed us with open arms and remembered us from our previous two trips.
