“BEWARE THEFT BY HOUSEKEEPERS. Our villa was beautiful (75-3). The master bed mattress was very old and uncomfortable. Service at the pool and restaurants was great. On our last full day, my niece took off her necklace and put on her dresser for the first time of the trip to go tan at the pool. We came home early afternoon after the housekeepers were there and her necklace was gone. I immediately called the desk, who up until then had been very responsive. We had seen the housekeepers still on property and were hoping if the necklace got swept up in a towel, they could find it before washing. T” — Briana Knabe
