“I am extremely disappointed by my experience at this hotel, particularly due to my interactions with an employee named Felicite De Viel Castel. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome and poorly treated by her. my stay, Felicite’s demeanor was consistently cold and dismissive. Simple requests were met with very little warmth nor courtesy, and I repeatedly felt as though I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued guest.
