The hotel went above and beyond to decorate my room every detail was so thoughtfully put together. My room and the whole setup together in the most wonderful way. “From the start at check in, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and rooms are very clean and although they are going through renovations, you cannot tell at all. The restaurants are great especially the breakfast buffet with its own fresh juice bar. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting Barcelona. Oh and the location is very walkable. A little further to the gothic quarter and el born but nothing overwhelming, a walk or cab ride away.” — Christian R

“Stays at the Hotel Arts come with high expectations — and unfortunately, the experience is mixed. The staff is genuinely outstanding. Warm, professional, attentive without being intrusive — exactly what you hope for at this level. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, though our view was unfortunately onto a construction scaffolding, which was a disappointment given the room category. What surprised us most negatively, however, was the visible wear of the property.
