“Had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Bel-Air. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and feels very private and relaxing. The rooms, food, and overall atmosphere were top notch. We did have a small hiccup during the stay, but what really stood out was how quickly and professionally the staff handled it. Everyone was genuinely caring and went above and beyond to make things right and ensure we had a great experience. “My husband and I stayed at this hotel for my birthday and were truly impressed. This experience although pricey, was worth every penny. From the moment we arrived we truly felt special. Valet was kind and professional, the front desk was truly kind and provided a complimentary upgrade from my birthday. Upon entering the room a bottle of champagne, small birthday cake, and fresh fruit were placed in our room acknowledging my birthday, which was such a nice touch. The room was immaculate!!!!
