“The hotel is great, the location is beautiful, the whole experience was very good. However, the hotel gym is very bad, without windows, with very old equipment and terrible lighting. It doesn't befit a hotel of this level, it needs improvement.” — Andreia Ribeiro

“Spotless hotel. Nested in a private environment this hotel is just amazing. The service, attention to detail, food, everything was perfect during my stay. Even though all the staff m do not really speak English, they always try to accommodate and help. If I am around in a Brazil I will definitely visit again this place.” — Charles F.

“The hotel is new and modern, with all the quality of amenities you would expect. But despite booking early in the year and requesting joining rooms it is expected for my wife and I to be on a different floor to our young children. The service at the pool and bar is shocking, there are lots of staff but a large table was seated after we had ordered and they were served, had eaten and had left and we still hadn’t received our meals despite asking numerous times. The management is none existent and ineffective as far as I can see. I have been here 24 hours and am still waiting for the general man” — Richard Breffitt
