“The location, the hotel itself and especially the team made our stay, that much more special. Our room was very spacious, the breakfast (although not vegan) they were able to accommodate. They had this fantastic eggplant and mushroom sauté dish, in addition to avocado toast a wonderful salad and other fabulous things, thank you chef!!!! The front desk were super helpful in assisting us with activities especially visiting the top of the Eiffel Tower which was spectacular. “I was at the Lancaster with my fiancé during Valentine’s weekend 2026 and it was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I’ve stayed at a few luxury 5 star hotels in Europe before and the service and friendliness from the staff here are better than those 5 star hotels. The room we got was so spacious. For the first time in my travel I did not have to worry about laying out my luggages and trying to walk around it. It was as if we got a penthouse suite (we didn’t)!
