“We stopped by Hôtel Royal for a quick snack after arriving via the funicular. Even though we weren’t staying at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed and treated with great care. We enjoyed some bar snacks and coffee, both of which were excellent. The hotel itself looks stunning, with elegant surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. We especially loved the garden, which is partly maintained in a natural, slightly wild style.
