“Wonderful hotel. From start to finish, our stay was near perfect. Service is top- when I called down after testing the mattress and finding it too firm, two housekeepers arrived in minutes with fluffy mattress pads and extra pillows. Our room overlooked the river and some historic buildings. At first it seemed tight but there was ample storage. The bathroom hidden behind mirrored doors had a bath tub and shower cubicle as well as double vanity with adjacent storage shelves, so we were perfectly comfortable. Decor was light with a few dark accent tables and desk area with minibar stocked daily ” — Mike Max

“We had the absolute best experience at the Hotel Sacher in Salzburg. After driving for nine hours from Switzerland, with the last couple of hours in the rain and the dark, we were greeted by Sylvester at 10:30 p.m. Sylvester was a shining beacon of everything this hotel is. He quickly and happily grabbed all of our bags, two huge suitcases, three backpacks and a duffle bag and had them in our room before we even got there.
