“Pros: The hotel is overall way above average other hotels in Sao Paulo. Great rooms and restaurant - with great vegetarian options. Cons: Sauna has stains on the wall and the heat control didn't really work. Although folks working there are super nice, all feels quite scripted and not super authentic. I felt I was being treated like old school royalty - which might work for some people, but for me, feels fake.” — Helena Martins

“This hotel is in the heart of São Paulo, The service was absolutely amazing. Everywhere we turn the service was smooth, professional, elegant. The food was decent, Well presented. My only complaint is that the rooms were exceptionally small for its price. However, they did everything possible to make room if you have multiple luggage for a standard king room.
