“Stayed here 3 days for a conference, and I am very happy that I landed on this hotel: it used to be the Shangri-La, and I believe it is in the process of being converted to a Park Hyatt, so it is beautiful and well-maintained. They have all the amenities you could need, and if there is anything missing, they are more than happy to provide it. The rooms are spacious, and I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking downtown. The hotel is centrally located, and everything is within walking distance. “Loved my room with the double balconies...I now need a door off my bathroom at home. The service was lovely and all the staff were wonderful. My room was reset/cleaned meticulousIy everyday. The grout across the shower and tub were so clean, which is rare even in some the best hotels I've stayed in around the world.
