“From the moment we arrived, every staff member, from the receptionist and doorman to the waiters, was incredibly warm and friendly. The service felt genuine and personal, and the atmosphere in the hotel was bright and positive. We felt welcome right away. The hotel is stylish and beautifully put together, with Christmas decorations that added a cozy, festive touch without feeling too much. The small details stood out to us, like the handwritten postcard, the sweets, and the bookmarks. Those little gestures made the stay feel personal in a way that many high-end hotels often miss. “Excellent stay at this hotel. The main selling point is the location - incredibly central and walkable from most of Florence yet calm, quiet and an oasis away from the bustling streets. Service was fantastic from the doormen, housekeeping and concierge staff who booked my parents’ train tickets for them when they struggled online. The room was beautifully presented with a large bed, amazing views across the city, colourful interiors and regular housekeeping including complimentary water top ups daily (not always had this in European hotels).
