“We stayed here for two nights while visiting Osaka in late May. We were upgraded to a junior suite at check in through my credit card program. Our room was gorgeous and massive, especially by Japanese standards. It came with some nice touches such as a Japanese tea set, a large soaking tub with complimentary bath salts and a spacious walk-in closet with the choice between a bathrobe or yukata. I especially loved the Byredo products throughout the hotel which smelled wonderful and elevated the luxuriousness of our stay. “Very fortunate to have booked this hotel and all my expectations were exceedingly met. Checking in after flying for almost 20 hours due to delays, the staff was more than welcoming and accommodating. The InterContinental Osaka is located in the heart of Umeda and it is connected to the JR Umeda station via the the raise platforms between the buildings. For my first time in the area the convenience is unbeatable. The room was incredibility spacious and unexpected as I'm used to a lot of Japanese Hotels.
