“Location is great. We wanted to thank the front desk team, we were upgraded to suite at check in for being IHG gold member and for booking through Chase Sapphire program. Room was very spacious for an international traveler with luggage. Hotel is very beautiful and has history. Special call out for having low fat options in the breakfast which was a nice touch for those who have diet restrictions. Out of the three five star hotels that we stayed at Portugal, this is the only 5 star hotel which adjusted 100 dollar credit into euros and were charging for more than 2 coffee capsules.” — dhanashri ghag

“It was a fantastic stay. The service was warm and attentive from start to finish, and the location couldn’t be better right in the heart of the city, next to the train station, and less than 30 minutes from the airport. The room was on the 2nd floor facing the street and beautiful and very comfortable, with a great bed and excellent soundproofing. Loved the tub. Breakfast was outstanding, and the bar staff were especially friendly and made the space feel lively and welcoming.
