“Cénica Porto is a hotel that works. Nothing during my stay was particularly flashy, but everything that matters for a comfortable stay was done well. The room was thoughtfully designed, with attractive finishes, good lighting, and very comfortable sheets. The bed may feel firm to some guests, but I slept very well and found it supportive. The room was also very quiet, the air conditioning worked well, and overall sleep quality was excellent. One room tip: I stayed on the top floor (8th floor). “We left Portugal yesterday after spending 3 nights at Hospes Infanta Sagres at the end of a 3 week visit to the north of Portugal and Galicia. “Location is great. We wanted to thank the front desk team, we were upgraded to suite at check in for being IHG gold member and for booking through Chase Sapphire program. Room was very spacious for an international traveler with luggage. Hotel is very beautiful and has history. Special call out for having low fat options in the breakfast which was a nice touch for those who have diet restrictions. “Amazing hotel in the heart of the city. We loved staying here. This place is an architectural masterpiece. They combine five separate buildings into one boutique hotel. And the way they did. It was super impressive. It is very modern from a technology standpoint, but super traditional because they kept the foundation of the granite, walls, arches, and motif. we were so impressed with the staff, the quality of the breakfast, the little freebies that they give you in the room, and the location.
