“Awesome, consistent service in a historically significant part of Germany. Although the weather was poor during our stay, we made the most of it thanks to the outstanding team that looked after us. The wellness center is world class. Views from our room were exceptional. Breakfast was always the highlight. We checked in in the evening and went straight to the spa, when we returned to our room just half an hour later, we saw that it had already been cleaned (since we’d had time to make a mess) right after we checked in, and the bed had been made for the night.
