From the welcome snacks and delicious chocolates to the plush bathrobes, slippers, and eye masks, every detail was thoughtfully considered. “A++. We wanted to feel like we were in Paris and this place delivered exactly that. The colors, florals, spa, guest room, and rooftop were Parisian inspired and some of the best decor I’ve seen. I ranked service as a 4 star at this hotel, however, because I didn’t feel like the staff were visible enough as expected from a true 5 star hotel. While they were attentive, I found myself seeking them out for things. I expect staff to proactively reach out to ensure things going well — just a small gesture like a text to my phone each day would go a long way. “Stayed 3 nights recently at the end of May and the start of the French Open. Roof top bar great as is the garden seating for the restaurant - delightful for lunch and the food is great.
