The desserts were outstanding and clearly a signature part of the experience at Mamounia, complemented by great service throughout. The Moroccan Kaab Ghzal was especially memorable — delicious and distinctive in flavour. The chocolate tart was also superb, rich and well-balanced without being overly heavy.
