“We had the most incredible time here with our 3 year old. The service was beyond good. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming to our son, who can be a bit challenging at times. “I visited Royal Mansour Marrakech during Eid Al-Fitr with my family for afternoon tea. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We waited for more than 15 minutes upon arrival without being greeted or acknowledged by any staff member. We then had to ask ourselves about availability and were informed that it was first-come, first-served and fully booked.
