The beach area, facilities, and sanitary spaces were visibly dirty and poorly maintained, which immediately created an unpleasant impression. “Despite the low season, we were not offered an upgrade as LHW members. We were also only able to check in at 4:00 PM, despite our LHW membership. The breakfast was delicious and the spa was good.
