“Stayed for two nights at Llao Llao Hotel & Resort. The setting and scenery are absolutely stunning — arriving through the landscape around the hotel is genuinely impressive, and the property itself is large, beautiful, and very well located in Patagonia. That said, the guest experience didn’t really match what I’d expect from a five-star hotel. The reception staff came across as quite robotic and unfriendly throughout my stay. “The hotel is absolutely beautiful and offers incredible views. I visited during the fall, which made the scenery even more special. However, one thing I do not recommend at all is eating at the hotel. The food is extremely poor and very expensive. Unfortunately, I had to eat at the hotel multiple times during my five-day stay, and every single experience—whether it was room service or dining at the different restaurants—was disappointing. “Breathtaking views in every direction! The rooms are luxurious and ultra comfortable. We stayed in room 6208.... it has a spacious sitting room with a fireplace. A separate primary suite with additional reading area. And a fabulous marble bathroom with a huge 2 person Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, dual vanity and private commode room with a bidet. I would highly recommend planning a stay at this fabulous location. The onsite facility I had multiple a restaurant locations, many interesting boutiques for gift shopping, a full service spa and my favorite amenity heated pools.
