“The friendly service starts when they email for details to get you ready for your stay. They remembered all our requests as well as welcoming us with delicious treats in our room. Piedro (?) at the front door was most helpful and friendly of them all. Having a breakfast buffet and a menu of choices daily was delicious and I looked forward to it every morning. The sauna and pool was such a wonderful, relaxing escape after a long day of exploring the charming city of Porto. Lastly, the location can't be any better as it was walkable to all the major sites and pretty much all of Porto.” — MJ C

Location is great for experiencing Porto with easy walkability and access to the metro. The Spa was also amazing, providing an exclusive feel with a fair price.
