What guests say
“Been to many tea time in great hotels and this one needs work. Staff was polite but table was not accessorized properly to serve tea. Unique savory finger sandwiches were well done. Noisy room, too pedestrian.” — Beau Lebon
“Had been looking forward to finally visiting Madrid and staying at the only collaboration between MO and Ritz in the world. We’ve stayed at the Ritz a few times, but this was our first stay with MO. The hotel exceeded our expectations, especially the rooms, restaurants, and service. The rooms were extremely comfortable with beautiful views over the Prado. The design is impeccable and so thoughtful. We really enjoyed Pictura, Jardin del Ritz and garden court area - the cocktails and duck paella were awesome! Probably the best part of the stay was the service. It significantly exceeded expectati” — Aidan C
“We paid $1000++ per night for our room type. Upon checking in, we were told by the assistant manager we’re getting an upgrade for booking through Amex. Unfortunately we felt the opposite and felt cheated. We were given the most horrible room, including the location. There was constant noise from the floor above. There were chairs moving around, and we could hear constant noises throughout the day and in the night I don’t think this was fair to us given the fact we were there to celebrate our milestone anniversary. Our room was also front facing with no views whatsoever. There was constant traf” — Dee Gill
