“This hotel provides a great experience and exceptional services. All the staff, from the doorman and reception to the cleaners, have performed their duties very well, offering professional service and great hospitality, as expected from a hotel of this caliber. In particular, Ms. Shao and her team, who decorated the room, did an excellent job. The room is lovely, with partial views of the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. “Overpriced for the service. We had a really bad smell in the room, eventually they changed the room when the smell happened again. They apologised with an afternoon tea for two when we were three… Most of the staff were nice apart from one person from the restaurant that was decently painful, the manager eventually sorted it out. Regarding the staff, it was very surprising to see how many people could not speak english.
