“Booked Executive Lakeview Suite. Room was nice and spacious, and hotel kindly arrange an extra bed for my kid. Room also had a nice view of the lake. Location is good, if convenience and a more lively environment was sought. If a more quiet and serene location is needed, to vibe with the tranquility of the lake, perhaps other hotels by the lake would suit better. Service at the hotel could be improved though, especially in the Horizon Club. The attentiveness and proactiveness of the staff seems lacking as compared to other Horizon Clubs that I have been to. “This is possibly the best hotel for tourist looking for great comfort and location. I booked the King executive room it was spacious and comfortable. What impressed me was the service in the executive lounge. It has a greet full view of the West Lake. You can sit there whole day sipping coffee and tea looking at the West Lake change color as the day pass. Cocktail with wine and a wide spread of buffet food starts at 5:30pm. So you can have a drink and some like food before going out to dinner at the nearby restaurant. It is a stone throw away from the Wuling Night Market. It is about 10min wal” — Foong Chee

“Well located next to Kerry Centre with a mall and plenty of dining options. Rooms were clean and pretty spacious but location of the light switches were strange. The master switch was only located on one side of the bed and not at the entrance to the room. Staff were nice and obliging but English language skills were a little lacking unfortunately. The Horizon Club Lounge was nice with a pretty good selection of food. Tried the Central Market cafe and the buffet was excellent.
