“Had a lovely stay at Mont Cervin Palace. The location in the heart of Zermatt is perfect for skiing, with easy access to lifts, ski bus, and taxis. The atmosphere is warm and elegant, the staff were professional and helpful, and the breakfast was truly excellent. One thing to note: when booking, make sure you select a room in the main building if you’re expecting the full five-star ambiance shown on the website. The annex is connected via an underground passage but has a different look and feel, and located on a different street which wasn’t entirely clear when booking. “We had a wonderful stay here on our honeymoon. Staff was very helpful and the property is great and centrally located. Ski lockers and shop in the hotel is super convenient. Walking distance to Sunnega or the bus stop to the Furi if you are skiing that side.
