“Had a lovely stay at Mont Cervin Palace. The location in the heart of Zermatt is perfect for skiing, with easy access to lifts, ski bus, and taxis. The atmosphere is warm and elegant, the staff were professional and helpful, and the breakfast was truly excellent. One thing to note: when booking, make sure you select a room in the main building if you’re expecting the full five-star ambiance shown on the website. The annex is connected via an underground passage but has a different look and feel, and located on a different street which wasn’t entirely clear when booking. The view of the Matterhorn from our balconies never got old. Anytime we entered the resort we were greeted with friendly staff. The housekeeping staff also deserve some recognition.
