Palace Hotel Tokyo
Tokyo, Japan
What guests say
“The Hotel is situated adjacent to the Imperial Palace property and maintains a very serene look. We were a family of 4 persons including our daughter and her 12 years old son. We two adults stayed at Room 2233, and children in Room 1207. The rooms were comfortable; still I found the bathroom floors a bit slippery, and I didn’t find safety grab bars in the bathroom, to protect seniors against falls.” — Parathuruthil Gopalakrishnan
“Fantastic experience, top 3 hotel I've stayed at. Staff was incredible at each stage, even for Japanese standards and attention to detail. Rooms are spacious, very high quality, very quiet. Room service was top notch, spa is amazing and usually not too crowded, gym is well-equipped and maintained. Restaurant / breakfast is fantastic and very accommodating (we were able to order a vegetarian version of the traditional Japanese breakfast). Location is really good too, with Palace right there and underground passage to subway network.” — Grze Swis
“Superb. I stayed here at the start of a return tour of Japan and was fortunate to be able to stay at the Palace Hotel, given current exchange rates I would say it is good value compared to many of the 5* chains. Even by Japanese standards the service was impeccable. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, many of them have balconies with good views (both unusual in Tokyo in my experience!).” — Ian Mecklenburgh
