“We were a bit hesitant to stay here because the 1st is not necessarily our favorite area, but after staying here we are so glad we did. The attentiveness from staff was unmatched. Just truly great service. I feel bad because i can’t call anyone out by name because everyone was incredible. And while some may have issues with the rooms, we found the deluxe king to be very spacious, especially by Parisian standards. Room was clean and service was great. “We have stayed at the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome three times. The location is excellent for walking to many sights, and there are many world class restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is consistently excellent in terms of the hotel's beautiful appearance (although the decor is a bit bland), the rooms, and especially the service. All of the hotel staff we dealt with were highly professional, well trained, and at least by Paris standards, friendly and helpful. The rooms are first-rate, with high ceilings, modern techology in terms of lighting and power for devices, and beautiful modern bathroom” — Larry B

“5 star hotel no doubt however, i’m not sure if it deserves “palace” title. Property and rooms are beautifully designed and the location is amazing. But service was lackluster. Nothing really felt personal. We had also ordered pillows and a blanket to our room and after 3 hours we received nothing, I called back and they arrived around 20 minutes later. Not a big deal obviously but still not to be expected at such an expensive hotel. Also, the hot tub in the spa was not working during our stay.
