“We recently stayed at the Pendry to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. The property itself is beautiful. The grounds are stunning, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. That said, there were several disappointments that impacted the overall experience. I was surprised that full payment for our stay was required a week before check-in. Additionally, many of the restaurants on the property were closed during our mid-week visit, making dining options extremely limited. “The rooms are great, and overall service was very good. We were told there were no upgrades available due to full capacity, which is completely understandable. However, it would have been appreciated if the hotel had checked with us before placing couples next to the loud pool party area. My rating is mainly affected by the noise from the pool and the rushed feeling at breakfast due to staff. Otherwise, the rooms and service were excellent.” — Sweta C

“I’m so glad we ended up staying at The Pendry for our girls trip. The location truly can’t be beat — you can practically touch the gondola from the hotel. We stayed in a one-bedroom residence, and it was incredibly spacious and cozy. We honestly never wanted to leave. Lastly, I have to call out the team at The Pendry.
