“Only taking the time to write this because management asked for feedback, which i gave, but didn't take the time to respond. Giving Pink Sands 2 stars may sound harsh, but ultimately just reflects the overall satisfaction of staying there. Yes the rooms are nice, yes the beach is a great beach and Harbour Island is awesome. Most of the staff are also very friendly. But this is not a 5 star Hotel, by any stretch of the imagination. Its a Hotel charging 5 star prices based on its location on a beautiful vaguely pink Beach. If you pay that much money to stay there and the Hotel is claiming its a ” — Marcus Wainwright

“Having stayed at Pink Sands several times in the past, we were disappointed in the current hotel under new management. The location and beach is of course divine, and the staff and service excellent, the food has gone downhill. The hotel now hosts SPRING BREAKERS, a deal breaking fact we were not warned about when booking. THAT was a nightmare- particularly the blasting horrible "music" over the bar and beach from 1-5 daily. “We had a wonderful visit to the Pink Sands hotel this weekend. It was our first time to Harbour Island and it will not be our last. We dined for lunch and the views were unbelievable, it truly is a slice of paradise. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff were so friendly, kind, and welcoming. One of your employees, Rel, was truly top notch. He went out of his way to welcome us to Harbour Island and the Pink Sands Hotel and made sure we were taken care of.
