“I visited Royal Mansour Marrakech during Eid Al-Fitr with my family for afternoon tea. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We waited for more than 15 minutes upon arrival without being greeted or acknowledged by any staff member. We then had to ask ourselves about availability and were informed that it was first-come, first-served and fully booked. While we understand the high demand during holidays, what was missing was basic hospitality and communication. “I did not have a good experience going here this place was highly recommended the when we got there, the girl at the check-in never even bother looking at the receipt that we had paid for, and we paid for the scrub and the mud bath we never received our mud bath they took us out of the room after putting us in after a scrubs then they sat us down to have tea.
