“Front desk staff and restaurant attendants are wonderful and are 5/5. Rooms are fine, though feel somewhat dated. Docked off two stars because the attendants at the gift shop were surprisingly cold and disinterested in helping you. I feel that they'd be better in a non-service role. Location is convenient given its proximity to Tokyo Station. I wouldn't come back to this hotel.” — JJ

“Luxury in Service I stayed here many years ago & returned to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Shangri-La never disappoints. They have spacious room, offer excellent service & great food. The bed is so comfy.. Unlimited access to swimming pool & gym. It’s located within walking distance from Tokyo Station Highly recommended” — Mima Isono

“The location and room, excellent, no complaints and has to say, perfection. I think may be is Japan culture, in the breakfast and executive lounge, drinks, either alcohol or none alcoholic, and important food need to order and serve to you. Of course they don't restick you the times of ordering, but main course for breakfast, you can only select 1. However you can make special request for your main course, standard is 2 eggs, you can ask for 3 or 4 or more. Flexible. A bit new to this serving and habit, not use to it but they gave some right but I think not everybody feel the exclusiveness” — Eng Nee Saw
