“This is the best hotel in Israel. No doubt about it. My boyfriend and I decided to come for my birthday, and while the cost is high, the experience at the hotel was well worth the money. “Unfortunately the level of service does not align with whats expected from a lux hotel at this level, and it completely overshadows the beatiful place and scenery. In multiple occasions they were not willing to accomodate reasonable requests and when we did provide a proper feedback it was not taken seriously. If you are reading this review and consider going there, know that they are just not able to deliver on their price point to say the least.
