“We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were extremely fast and efficient, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. Parking is available under the hotel, which is very convenient—especially for families with children—but the cost is relatively high. Still, having direct access to parking beneath the hotel is a significant advantage. The food exceeded all expectations. It was absolutely outstanding—high quality, rich in variety, and incredibly delicious. This was one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintai” — jameel yousif

“We went to the King David tennis court and had a really lovely experience. The court is beautiful and well maintained, and the atmosphere feels very relaxed and enjoyable for an evening game. The price was around 200 shekel, which felt very reasonable for the location and quality. They also provided free bottled water, which was a nice touch. Andrew from the staff was especially great—friendly, easy-going, and made everything smooth and pleasant. After the game, we had supper by the pool, which was a really nice way to end the evening. We ordered schnitzel and fries, which were simple but tast” — Zipora Wilner

The David Citadel

“I would have easily given the Citadel 5 stars. But there were maintenance issues with two of the four rooms that we booked. In rooms 604 (Alcove room) and 624, the showers were not functioning properly. In room 604 the shower did run hot enough to my liking and was only luke warm. In room 624 the shower head did not work at all and someone had to come and fix it. Otherwise this is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, spacy and luxurious. The old city view was splendid. The staff service was over the top. The food was good. And the location is the best. I will be happy to return, ” — David Grunwald

“Top notch stay! Absolutely loved this hotel! The location is perfect—right on the promenade with an amazing sea view and just a short walk to everything in Tel Aviv. The design is beautiful, and the whole place is super clean and high-standard. The food was incredible with tons of variety, including great gluten-free options. A huge thanks to the staff who were so patient and helpful, explaining the dishes and even suggesting new ones to try.
