“The room was excellent: spacious, modern, spotless, and with fantastic views. The staff were polite, and overall the stay was pleasant. However, what was missing was the atmosphere. For a hotel charging around €800 per night, I expected a warmer and more refined guest experience. The lobby felt cold and impersonal, more like the entrance to a busy rooftop venue or convention centre than a luxury 5-star hotel. A good hotel with great rooms, but not the level of hospitality or sense of occasion I personally expect from a property positioned in the luxury segment.” — Konstantinos

“I stayed at So Paris for 6 nights for an anniversary trip. The hotel was fantastic and I only have positive comments. We were greeted upon our arrival by a super friendly bellman, Wilson, who helped us with our bags and brought us to our room after check in. He remembered our names throughout our stay, which felt like a wonderful personal touch. We stayed in the standard room with the Paris rooftops view which faced northeast.
