“This is a beautiful hotel with everything one could possibly want or need. Beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds, great bedding, bathroom with heated floors, double sinks, and lovely bath products. Amazing location! The shining star is the service by all of the staff. From slippers laid out by the bed and cozy tea set out for a restful sleep. Plant based creamer (oatly) and regular creamer for morning coffee. Juice/pop/water bottles stocked each day. “Annika was proactive in reaching out through message even before our arrival. Lara and the bell hopper were excellent in greeting us and explaining everything during our check in. We were surprised with the room upgrade upon arrival so we were very grateful for that!! The breakfast restaurant managers and waiters and waitresses all provided us great service as well. The hotel has a great location. The only downside to be honest was the total we paid at the parking lot during our 3-night stay hahahaha. Thanks so much!!” — Nash Me

“Had another great stay at Sofitel Frankfurt Opera – and once again, what really stands out is the people. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location right at the Alte Oper, and the overall design is elegant without feeling over the top. Rooms are well maintained, comfortable and exactly what you would expect from a hotel in this category. What makes the difference for me, though, is the service. From valet parking to check-in, everything felt smooth and genuinely welcoming. I arrived before the official check-in time and one of our rooms was already ready, which was very much appreciated.
