“We stayed for 3 nights at the end of May 2026 in a junior suite. The room was gorgeous. Even though there is a relatively busy street right outside, it was quiet. The beds are great. The chocolate you get on arrival was so good, we ordered more. The location is excellent. My daughter loved the unlimited sparkling water available from taps located on every floor. The staff were amazingly warm, kind and helpful, from the cleaning staff to reception to room service to breakfast. It is one of the nicest hotel stays we have experienced and we would definitely recommend it.” — Charmaine Judon

“Had an amazing stay here! ✨ The room was fantastic, especially on the 5th floor, truly a comfortable and pleasant experience. 🛌 The service was absolutely top-notch, everyone was so helpful and friendly. 😊 Plus, the location is walking distance to the national museum station so super easy to get to the airport. 📍 Great pool and sauna downstairs but do yourself a favour and buy a pass for the rooftop pool and sauna up there. You won't regret it.” — Shane Affridi

“Excellent hotel, combining several great restaurants and bars with top tier gym and spa facilities. If you know the NED in London this will feel very familiar. I have stayed here 5 times this year and had no bad experiences. Even minor delays or issues have been immediately dealt with and compensated with room upgrades or a complimentary drink. I intend to keep staying here, especially for the great gym.” — Edward Buttery
