“Our stay at Hotel Steigenberger Wiltcher’s in Brussels was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had anywhere in the world. The service throughout was shockingly poor. Staff frequently came across as dismissive and, at times, openly arrogant rather than welcoming or helpful.
