“The Hermitage is truly a Five Star hotel with a distinctly historic vibe. Service is impeccable. Housekeeping, including turndown service is as good or better than any I've encountered. Justin, the General Mamager was gracious and professional helping me deal with an Edit by Chase issue. Nopa at the front desk was also extremely helpful. “I booked the tea time with my best friend and our two daughters. It was a magical afternoon and every detail was met with attention, care, and genuine hospitality from the entire staff. Francisco was especially memorable. He noticed I was speaking some Spanish with my daughter as part of raising her bilingually, and he thoughtfully began presenting some of the food to her in Spanish as well.
