The Jaffa Tel Aviv

“Beautiful rooms. Service is amazing and the breakfast was fantastic! The gym was at a high level. There is a charm of old and new coming together. We had a tour explaining the history of the place. It all was an incredible experience.” — Laura Yonk

“seriously never feel the need to complain but this hotel left me no choice. The Jaffa is extremely understaffed, horribly organized, and the employees clearly have not received any five star training. They barely even smile. For our wedding weekend, the hotel convinced us to cancel our 870 dollar booking and rebook at more than four times the price with promises of a Bridal Suite upgrade and special services. None of those promises were delivered. As for the bridal package, the most important part is being able to take pictures. Just so you know, everyone else is taking pictures and nothing is” — Simon Finkel

“We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are beautiful, very comfortable, and full of historical charm, which made the experience truly special. The staff was outstanding: Aviad was incredibly helpful and amazing in arranging all the preparations for our special event. Ruth was very kind, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. In the restaurant, Andrea and Elias made our experience unforgettable with their excellent service and warm attitude. Food was delicious!” — Polina Utevskaya
