The Langham, Chicago

“We last stayed here 9 yrs ago and wanted to return to Chicago,so we decided to do this for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. It did not dissapoint and we are so glad we returned,all the staff are just so friendly and very helpful. The room we chose was a Club Lounge again as that was perfect for us,we had a good view out. The room does not have a coffee machine which we had forgotten about,but with the lounge a few steps away it was easy to get a drink in the mornings. We had to ask for a iron & ironing board which arrived promptly. Prior to our arrival the hotel had asked for a photo & in the roo” — Deiter Cullen (Deit's)

“Stayed at The Langham Hotel and had an amazing experience. Reception, the room, the common areas, gym and restrooms were absolutely beautiful and clean. Also the workers are extremely polite and help with anything. The location is breathtaking, had some drinks at the bar and I could sit there for hours (also the drinks were amazing). I was impressed with the gym and spa. In the restroom for that area, it is so extremely clean and the supplies in it are spotless - Dyson hairdryer, amazing high quality robe, flat iron - literally anything a girl would need after using the pool.
