“My partner and I caught up with a couple of friends who were staying at the Langham over buffet breakfast downstairs and honestly it was the most lovely experience. I myself am a hospitality worker and I appreciated how attentive the staff were from welcoming us to taking our coffee orders and egg orders. The highlight of the morning had to be when Ann, who appears to be the supervisor found out my partner was pregnant and she organised a complimentary chocolate cake for the table as a congratulatory gift.
