From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. “Wow. I travel often and was pleasantly surprised by the genuine luxury feel of this hotel. Jazz players in the lobby, incredibly knowledgeable front desk, check in/out was very quick/easy. The rooms are beautiful, pristine, and spotless. The beds are fluffy and cozy, and I loved the bathrooms- super roomy and luxurious. The restaurant views were beautiful, but the dishes were small and left a little to be desired. The pool is small but very peaceful and only had a few people at a time. Loved the downstairs coffee shop as well, location is super walkable, right on the Town Lake Trails.” — Renee R
