“I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars, but unfortunately it fell well short of what I expect from a true 5-star property. We checked in midweek and were assigned an accessible room. While I appreciate the need for these rooms, I’m nearly two meters tall and didn’t exactly benefit from a lowered sink and a shower seat. It was an odd choice given standard rooms were supposedly available. The pool situation also needs some attention. “We had a very pleasant stay at The One Barcelona in Jun 2026. The location is definitely one of the biggest highlights : it is only about a 2 min walk to Casa Milà and around 5 minutes to Passeig de Gràcia, where you can find luxury stores such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Tiffany & Co. The room was clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The overall design felt modern but still warm, and the space was well maintained. The concierge and staff are incredibly helpful, and housekeeping is quick and efficient, twice a day!
